During your first consultation, we will gather various information to assess your health and nutritional status and talk about how we work and how we can help you.. We will review your symptoms and health complaints, medical history, different systems in the body, nutrition and lifestyle habits.

Prior to your Initial Consultation, we offer a 15 min. free Discovery Call with one of our Nutritional Therapists. We will talk about your main symptoms and health goals, how we work and how we can help you. After your Discovery Call, you will be able to book your Initial Consultation.

We support you with 2x phone check-ins to assess your progress. We are also reachable through our internal messaging service during office hours.

8-10 weeks later, we will review your progress, wellbeing and nutritional status as well as taking into account your potential new goals.
